Dr. Sharon Napiwocki
grew up in New Jersey and says that her most influential experience was raising puppies for and working with The Seeing Eye program. She earned her BA in psychology and then decided to pursue a career to help people help their pets. She obtained her doctorate in veterinary medicine in 2000 at Purdue University. Her first veterinary job was in Michigan where she practiced both small animal and equine medicine, and then life's adventures led her to practices in Indiana and Missouri.

Since 2008 she and her husband have been happy to call Michigan their home.
Her special interests in veterinary practice are behavior and diseases of the endocrine system. Through high quality medicine, surgery, dentistry and preventative care her goals are to educate pet owners to help their pets live healthy happy lifestyles through all ages of their lives.She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association.

Much of Dr. Napiwocki's time outside of the hospital is spent at the barn riding her Thoroughbred hunter horse named Bunny. She enjoys the outdoors, is an avid sports fan, loves to read and travel. Her quiet time at home is spent with her most amazing dog named Pearl who likes to play at Agility and Nosework. Her house of course is run by 2 cats!
Dr. Napiwocki is excited to be a member of this community and the Commerce Village Veterinary team!
