We are so excited to welcome Dr. Barbara Rutsey to our practice.  Dr. Rutsey has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 24 years.  She comes with a wealth of knowledge with a special interest in exotics and orthopedic surgeries.  Dr. Rutsey and Dr. Putt have worked together for over 17 years.  We are all so happy to have her be a part of Commerce Village Veterinary Hospital!
